Hempacore

HEMPACORE ONE FD 43601 is a fast drying, thin film, solvent-borne intumescent coating for fire protection of structural steel used in industrial halls, public buildings, stadiums, exhibition halls, airports, supermarkets, etc.

•  Provides efficient fire protection of beams, columns, and hollow structural steel profiles for up to 120 minutes in cellulosic  fires.
•  Suitable for use in indoor conditions (very low corrosivity) without topcoat and exposed outdoor conditions (medium/high corrosivity) when suitably topcoated.
•   It is especially suitable for in-shop (off-site) and on-site applications where fast application is desired. The product is fast drying and can be applied up to 1100 micron DFT in a single coat.
